Amenities & Finishes

The Birch is designed for both sides of daily life: time with neighbors and time to yourself. Gather in the entertainment lounge or the formal lounge by the fireplace, catch a game on the golf and multi-sport simulator, or keep up your routine in the fitness center. Outside, the courtyard, pool deck, and grilling areas give you room to host or simply enjoy the view of the river.

Some of the best parts of The Birch are the spaces you share. Watch a movie in the screening room, play a round on the golf simulator, or grill and dine with friends around the fire pits in the courtyard. When it's time to work, the coworking spaces, private work pods, and conference room keep you productive without leaving home. Pets are welcome, with a pet spa on site. Schedule a tour to see the spaces in person.

Social Spaces

The Birch sits right on the Schuylkill River Trail, with direct access for walks, runs, and rides, plus a bike shop and storage on site. Back home, the infinity-edge pool looks out over the river, and the courtyard's fire pits and lounges make it easy to slow down at the end of the day.

Relaxation

Choose between two finish packages, each with Samsung or LG stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, wood-style flooring, and porcelain tile.
